Day 154: Northwest Sinfonietta Intermezzo: The Art and Soul of Mozart, Puyallup, WA

The Northwest Sinfonietta will be performing a Pre-Concert program at the Puyallup Public Library this Wednesday, February 2nd, at 1:00 pm, for this story behind the music of Mozart.

Over 20 years, the Northwest Sinfonietta has garnered a reputation as one of the region’s finest Mozart interpreters. Music Director Christophe Chagnard, a Mozart specialist, will shed light on one of the greatest musical geniuses the world has ever known.

All pre-concert programs are free to the public.

Day 25: Mozart’s Requiem, Puyallup, WA

The Northwest Sinfonietta presents Mozart’s Requiem at Pioneer Park Pavilion (Downtown Puyallup) this Sunday 4/18 from 2:00 – 4:00 pm.

This is the music featured in the 1984 Academy Award movie Amadeus. The Northwest Sinfonietta will present the music featuring a 90 voice choir, 4 stellar soloists and a 40 piece orchestra.
