Day 221: Science Magic with Jeff Evans

Are you looking for a super-fun way to add some science to your Spring Break?

Then come join Jeff Evans as he introduces some Science Magic at the Puyallup Public Library this Wednesday (April 5th) from 2:00 pm – 3:00 pm.

Magic tricks can be explained by science, and popular magician Jeff Evans has been fascinated with science experiments and demonstrations since he was a kid growing up. The idea of bringing science and magic together was a natural fit. His goal is to spread this amazement and desire to learn science on to children of all ages.

Learn about the characteristics of solids, liquids, and gases. See amazing demonstrations on the properties of air pressure, static electricity, center of mass, density, and basic electronics. This is an interactive program where kids from the audience can help with certain experiments.

This FREE science program at the library is generously provided by the Kiwanis Club of Puyallup. Recommended for children 5 years and older. No registration required!
